Sleep

Rations Preparation

Today I went to the quick pick and bought an ovenbake. It was a lovely dinner with beef and two veg plus spices, with only 5 euro I went home and thought about the bus trip I had avoided by eating the oven bake. Peanut butter and jelly (spirulina) is hard for me to swallow but I have to do it because i have stock. Now let us discuss the rations...I need spirulina, empowerplus or a alternative multivitamin. SPirulina is the horse to back you can eat it at the swimming pool. Here is how I do it. I take an olimp shaker bottle and put it inside a bug out bag made of leather with my name on it. Then I place spirulina tablets in the bottle compartment and whatever else I can obtain legally in the middle compartment. The top compartment is for water or mixing with protein powders. Every night at about this time I have a look and do my rations preparation. Good night.

Mayday 2015

Today I went to St. Canacis for a midday meal and they were not closed. I got into the city early and everywhere looked abandoned it is Mayday and I am praying for world Peace. I have little time and I know that my writings can influence people. I found that walking the park was a very amusing experience and I helped myself to the free central heating in the bank, from my desk and tablet chair I took a photo and it is a great shot of what it looks like to be in control of ones mental health. Work - Assemble and Maintain the Blog

Today I assemble at the City Library to do a blogpost. I will carry out Maintence on the Blog. I can provide on board training through the blog as I will be constantly referring to the timeline. I will need to use routine operations and utlization operations on the blog to keep it a top blog. I will be using advertising I am afraid however it is not my motivation as a Writer. My motivation is directly from the timeline. I have 30min to carry out blog maintence and posting and email review. I got up late today and I was using up a lot of glucose last night getting the broadband working again. I needed a rest in the morning and I forgot to wash my clothes. Better late than later (Work Preparation Current Day)

After a buses that was 30mins late I waited for the library to open at 2pm. Park Training on the Weekend

After a Morning meal I come to the station to do a Planing Conference and A Status Report My Midday meal is at 12 but I will spend it with my mother. Today I will Vist my mothers Peaceful Garden which I dug for her. I will excercise on the spot until Midday. Daily Systems Operations will Follow. The systems I train are Preying Matis, Wing Chun Shotokan Karate and Judo I am studying the piano which I consider to be another system and I am doing my leaving cert. Work as always begins at 14:00 hours Work consists of Assembly Maintenance Traffic Operations Medical Operations On-board Training Routine Operations and Utilization Operations I wil catch the bus home and prepare my daily rations after my Evening meal.

I went to the T.A.S.K. building and used the pins 2468 and 521 to get in. They are understaffed and they suggested that I go to the equal skills at the libary course after a cup of tea. Daily Status Report

I am finished my paperwork for a Respite Home in Paulstown. I have put spirulina tablets in a Beaver RB16 VENDING MACHINE they will sell for £.20p a twist. Spirulina will help people recover from all types of illnesses and is a great source of protien but lacks activated b12. The human mouth is a source of Vitamin b12 I have to find a way of making 20p to afford the spirulina twist for my mental health perhaps somebody has the coin? Broken Nose Injuries Board

I was in Training and Support Kilkenny a week ago and a woman of no fixed abode by the name of "Breda" hit me in the nose with a ring with a very hard stone. My nose is broken, I need 19,600 euro.
