Sleep

The need for sleep is one of lifes most important needs. I sleep 8.5 hours a day, I wake up and do the station inspection. Midnight is not a time but a place in heaven time is not going to help you where you are going. There is morning, the sadness of grief that a nother day has dawned, there is noon when only mad dogs and english men are seen walking and there is evening the most pleasent time of man and of course bedtime which fun or full of pain. Rations Preparation

Today I went to the quick pick and bought an ovenbake. It was a lovely dinner with beef and two veg plus spices, with only 5 euro I went home and thought about the bus trip I had avoided by eating the oven bake. Peanut butter and jelly (spirulina) is hard for me to swallow but I have to do it because i have stock. Now let us discuss the rations...I need spirulina, empowerplus or a alternative multivitamin. SPirulina is the horse to back you can eat it at the swimming pool. Here is how I do it. I take an olimp shaker bottle and put it inside a bug out bag made of leather with my name on it. Then I place spirulina tablets in the bottle compartment and whatever else I can obtain legally in the middle compartment. The top compartment is for water or mixing with protein powders. Every night at about this time I have a look and do my rations preparation. Good night.

Daily Planning Conference (morning), (Evening) and Status Report

I have the immersion set to clock and one notch on the belt. The Oil is set to frost protection and I have dioherrra. I need ruffage but from where? Peanut butter and bread and the jelly is called spirulina. Clever eh? Bread is expensive but it is full of vitamins these days I wonder if I can fit it into my budget, please donate. Spirulina has vitamin C and deactivated vitamin B12 you can survive on spirulina alone and give yourself a hot bath with a urine drenched sponge battery. I have an interest in SPace Agencies and there quest for new life. For the morning I had plenty of hot water with one notch on the belt, then I went to check the buses and yes I can still get there on FT+C and then I know what to do. Excercise in my back garden. Status: I am working from home

Mayday 2015

Today I went to St. Canacis for a midday meal and they were not closed. I got into the city early and everywhere looked abandoned it is Mayday and I am praying for world Peace. I have little time and I know that my writings can influence people. I found that walking the park was a very amusing experience and I helped myself to the free central heating in the bank, from my desk and tablet chair I took a photo and it is a great shot of what it looks like to be in control of ones mental health. There was a radiator behind me and I thought hot water is food for thought. My Mother served me indian falafal and green tea. I love you Mum thanks for everything. Finally I got the presidential ride home and I cooked a pizza anyway here is the photo.
