work preparation curettage day

I will fill out my symptom evaluation form, then I will review emails and prepare work for next day.

Status Report

I am making incremental progress with my studies and gym. I have very little money but I have 102 euro to spend per week after the rent is paid. Mothly bills rent 500 Netflix 12 phone 50 vitamins 240 that is 802 out of a maximum of 808 euro.

Report Preparation

I Was wondering what my report was going to be and to whom I would be reporting to and I decided that I would report to an imaginary friend called kitty like Anne Frank did during the bombing of Schiphol airport during world war 2. I also pay into a kitty in Los more Psychiatric Hostel and I pay 100 euro for bed and board. I have a better idea and that is the mental health platform. I will do my symptom evaluation for on www.mytruehope.net it is a 15 question for with options to rate each symptom I will report my self score on the blog stay tuned

Work Preparation Current Day

I have to buy a book of stamps so that I can post assignments into kilos college. I need envelopes and a book of stamps to get started. Stamps cost 1 euro for a National stamp. I have pens and refill notepads I just need the envelops. I have some money set aside for stationary. I have a long way to go before I can sir the junior cert exam I have 20 novels to read this year and I will not begin until I have finished the holy bible.

Daily Execute Package Review

DHL delivered a package with free Ambronite samples in it. The insert gave me a 15% discount on a monthly subscription for the smoothie. What I want to do is purchase 120 euros worth of Ambronite per month that would be 60 servings or to scoops perday. Ambronite will replace true hope.com as my main supplements.

Midday Meal

I got back from the gym on my bicycle and had fish in batter with potatoes and peas. I had two plates! Plus some ketchup and a glass of water. I will listen to relaxation music as my food digests during my lunch hour.

Daily planning Conference (evening)

The evening is tricky because I tend to have my evening meal at 5pm. I go to bed four hours later at 9pm. But I have a 6.5 hour work day with 1.5 hours of daily systems operations. If my evening meal is at 1200 and I take an hour off to relax. By 1pm I begin studying English by reading the bible on my kindle. So where do I fit the extra 2.5 hours work after 530pm I have to keep working. I always have my smartphone to hand.

Daily planning conference (morning)

To get the maximum exercise I need to begin my workout at 9.30 in the morning. I could powerball for 30min or waveband or train kung fu patterns. Then at 10am I go in to the newspaper road for 30min this means that 30min of my work out is dedicated to reading the newspaper. I suppose I have to do it bit I would prefer if I was leaving for the gym on a bicycle at 9.30. Time isn't important because it is all relative but I do get hungry before my midday meal which I aim to have at noon 12.00 here on Earth

Morning Meal

Today I had a bowl of corn flakes and a cup of milk next I will take 10 spiraling tablets and 2 empower plus advanced with water.
