Sleep 8.5 hours

I go to bed at 11 PM and I wake up at 8.30am this means I am oversleeping by an hour. The only medication that would get me out of bed earlier is Abilify maintena or tablet. Aripiprazole is by far the best medication for maximising waking time. Insomnia is what they call it and it comes with a killer headache but the pure energy that flows from otsuka laboratory is worth a try. I am currently working on a film. The film is a narrated documentary. It is called Kilimanjaro Direct the movie. GOOD NIGHT.

Work preparation current day

Today I had a shower in the morning and the shower was blocked it over flowed out into the bedroom. A nurse and a cleaner had to mop it up so I guess I will be using a different shower in another bedroom. Then I attended a going home or leave group and it was a great deal of help. After that I consulted the kung fu training scene script and as it was wet outside so I used the art room for martial arts. I will be reading the appendix of the four hour body a tricky read with a lot of new words but I enjoyed reading it. I am going through my kindle from start to finish one page at a time I recently purchased a lot of new books novels mainly from the curriculum of first year english. My work will be to read those books.

Assembly

I go back to the six bed in the sycamores Unit and I start to read.

Review plan for next day

I will create a new training scene script with celtx for next day so that I will know exactly what to do in the garden during my lunch 2.5 hours exercises. I also have enrolled in the jake mace online kung fu school so I will be keeping my smartphone to hand.

Work Preparation current day

I attended a recovery workshop today in the sycamores Unit. I failed to exercise for 2.5 hours today but I did complete the walking group. Nothing is off the record as I document today's work preparation. My kindle is fully charged and loaded with first year english books I think I will continue to read the holy bible on the weekends. I am planning for the current day and I will be reading At remnis Fowl the criminal mastermind and the book. I will also be getting rid of all the worms in my bank account so that I will have more money. I have to save money for the future. I am working as a shopping assistant and I earn 12% of the shopping spree. It is money lending but I have to make sure that all the delivery reach the client. I help people. They pay me upfront and I use my account to order the goods.

Daily Planning Conference morning

I felt tired when I got up this morning. I am up now and going to the walking group to do a few laps of the garden in the sycamores Unit. I will exercise for 2.5 hours today.

Daily Planning Conference morning

I got up at 08:30 had a shower brushed my teeth with an brain oral b electric toothbrush,then I changed into clean clothes made my hospital bed and went for breakfast I ate porridge and two slices of toast. Then I went to the garden and did some powerball walking. I have decided to exercise in the morning and study English in the evening in conforming to the relaxing in space time line I get a lot more done. Today I am very relaxed and I have no complaints about my medication.
