Daily planning conference (Morning)

Bed last night at 21:00 8.5 hours sleep. Waking up at 05:30 Breakfast at 07:30 I had muesli. Excercise begins at 09:00 Cardio 1 hour then weight training 2 hours. Personal hygiene then midday meal.

    Today I lifted water dumbbells and toulou I had some soup and fruit and then lifted some more weights until 3:30 and I had a shower inbetween

    Same again more weights with water. Then colouring in with rainy days.
