Daily planning conference (morning)

To get the maximum exercise I need to begin my workout at 9.30 in the morning. I could powerball for 30min or waveband or train kung fu patterns. Then at 10am I go in to the newspaper road for 30min this means that 30min of my work out is dedicated to reading the newspaper. I suppose I have to do it bit I would prefer if I was leaving for the gym on a bicycle at 9.30. Time isn't important because it is all relative but I do get hungry before my midday meal which I aim to have at noon 12.00 here on Earth
