Daily planning conference (morning), evening and status Report

Todays plan is to excercise at the castle park but to leave by 11 15 for a mid day meal and to relax for 1 hour at st canacis day hospital. then back to Training and support kilkenny for Daily systmes operations. I will begin work today at aproximately 14:00 hours I will assemle maintain traffic medice train routinely to operate utensils. The lord helps those who help themselves.
