Before Noon I did the following:
8kg dumbells 3 sets of 8 reps bicep curls
8kg dumbells 3 sets of 8 reps overhead press and squat.
then I did the 100 squat challenge
I managed to do 50 squats using bodyweight only.
I got my pair of dumbells from
powerballs
Oh yeah and I did a walk around the perimeter of Highfield healthcare
