Evening Meal

Today I had, chips and a cheese and tomato omelette.

Morning Meal

This morning I had, a banana, a kiwi, grapes, a mandarin orange and some milk. I put the fruit in a nutribullet and after about 30seconds I poured it into a mug and drank it.

Midday Meal

I had roast Turkey and spuds, vegetables and stuffing. I refused gravy because I believe that it could be from a mad cow.

Morning Hygiene

I have my shower this morning and I am inspired by weightlifting strongest man Eddie Hall. He has 8 showers a day and I am reading his book "My Story".

Why I gave up on Solian (Amisulpride)

It made me urinate in my sleep, wetting the bed and I then asked the nurse to change the bedsheets. I will not take a prescription drug that makes me incontinent. My next choice is Ability Maintena and I am getting in the queue for Aristada Initio which is a same day depot injection that lasts two months. While all antipsychotic drugs cause bedwetting aripiprazole is the least likely to do so, according to studies in adolescents. Kemedrin also causes bedwetting from my experience.
